Our Maintenance 14 point checklist:

• Check system operating pressures
• Clean condensate drain lines and remove any debris
• Check all amperage draws on compressors and motors
• Check superheat and super cool measurements
• Replace filters up to 1”
• Check for any loose connections
• Visually check for any oil residue due to refrigerant leaks
• Test system in heat cycle
• Test system in defrost cycle
• Perform (1) yearly in place coil cleaning
• Remove debris from inside the outside unit (..Leaves, dirt, acorns etc.)
• Wash outside unit
• Clean and spider webs around contactors, capacitors, and defrost controls inside the condenser
• Install bio fresh duct treatment.
